In the ever-expanding list of things I’m grateful for in my life, Anna Palazola has vaulted to the top. I found a condo I wanted to buy, and a friend fortunately recommended Anna, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I live out of state, quite a distance away, and was wary of how the process would go, particularly since I’m going to rent long term until I’m able to move in. My trepidation was unnecessary, as Anna is such a professional. Smart, attentive, quick to respond… all the superlatives I can think of. The process was entirely new to me and she guided me through with aplomb. Her grace in dealing with what I’m sure were ridiculous questions on my part was so comforting. The sale closed in only two weeks, and she helped to negotiate a significantly lower price, scheduling a loft/condo specialist inspector who was totally booked, and all the myriad of other tasks. Finding such a warm, intelligent, and capable agent is by far the best part of the process, and I would never hesitate to use her again.
